Recruitment Timeline
Our primary recruitment window runs from August through October each year, ahead of the following race season. However, we accept applications year-round and will review them as they come in. The process is simple: fill out an application, attend a group ride or two so we can get to know you (and you can get to know us), and the board will review your application at the next meeting.
What We Look For
A current USAC license (or willingness to get one)
Commitment to racing at least a few events per season
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of the team
Respect for our sponsors and team guidelines
